Rescue will always remain at the heart of LUOSKO, but the organisation has grown into something broader: a place where training, behaviour, education, community outreach and responsible ownership can all work together.
The Centre of Excellence provides the structure for that future.
It supports the rescue, the Academy, the Freedom Field, assessments, placements, community projects and the continued development of the site.
The goal is not simply to help dogs after things have gone wrong.
It is to build an organisation that can prevent problems, support owners, educate communities and continue helping German Shepherd Dogs for generations to come.
